Sooooo I love asking this question

If you had to choose one type of food to eat for the rest of your life what would it be and why?

(feel free to be as broad or as specific as you like, but pls say why)  =)

Thai food! Even when you're not eating the stuff, it's pretty to look at!

Before I was diabetic, I would have said cheesecake, but now, I am in love with this salad that I found at a restaurant(Molly's) here in New Hampshire .Me and hubby figured out what was in it, then went home and made it for much less money!

Here's the recipe for anyone who wants to feel like they have died and gone to Heaven:

Ingredients:

1 yellow pepper

1 red pepper

1 orange pepper

1 package baby portobello mushrooms

1 sweet onion

LOTS of garlic

olive oil

sea salt, pepper, parsley

Directions:

Slice all veggies, but not too thin

place on oiled cookie sheet

sprinkle with olive oil

sprinkle with sea salt, pepper and parsley

cook on 375 for at least 20 minutes, check em out and flip them around a little with a spatula

cook some more until done(depends on desired tenderness) I like the garlic crispy

Serve: over a bed of fresh spinach or mixed spring greens(or both)

Top with a mixture of olive oil and balsamic vinegar (3/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar;you can mix your own and save in a salad dressing bottle)

This is the most amazing winter salad! Enjoy everyone!

Haha certainly a popular game amongst food enthusiasts. This one and the whole "last meal" game =P

There are 10-15 foods that are constantly in rotation as my answer to this question, but right now, I'd have to say a crusty loaf of French bread and some salted, soft butter. Delicious.
